What exactly does a professional organiser do?
A professional organiser helps you declutter and create efficient systems for your home or office. I don’t just “tidy up”
Do I need to clean before you arrive?
Absolutely not. In fact, I prefer if you don’t. Seeing your home in its natural state helps me to understand your habits and where the systems are breaking down. You don’t need to be embarrassed, I am judgement free, my only goal is to help you move forward
How does the process work?
Every project generally follows these four steps:
1. Consultation: I discuss your goals, budget and timeline.
2. Decluttering: I help you decide what to keep, donate or discard.
3. Categories and Systems: I organise what’s left into intuitive and sustainable systems.
4. Final Reveal: I walk you through your new space and explain how to maintain it.

Do I need to be at home during the organising sessions?
For the decluttering phase, I typically need you to be present to make final decisions on your belongings. Once the “purging” is done, many clients feel comfortable letting me handle the actual organising while they go about their day.
How long will a project take?
Every home is different, but as a general rule:
* Small spaces (Pantry/Bathroom) 3-5 hours.
* Medium spaces (wardrobe/kitchen) 5-8 hours.
* Large projects (garage/whole house) Multiple days or sessions.
NOTE: The speed of the process often depends on how quickly you can make decisions during the decluttering phase.
Do I need to buy storage bins and baskets beforehand?
Please wait! I recommend buying products after I have decluttered and measured your space. I can provide a shopping list or I can handle the sourcing and shopping for you as part of my service.
What happens to the items I decide to get rid of?
I won’t leave you with a pile of rubbish! Most of our packages include the removal of one carload of donations per session. For larger items, we can coordinate with rubbish removal services or local charities on your behalf.
Is my information confidential?
100%, privacy is a cornerstone of my business. I never share photos of your home without your explicit written consent and I never share or disclose client names or details.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. I typically require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without a fee. This allows me to offer the slot to another client on my waiting list.
